John Ormerod is a non executive director of Millen Group and chairman of our Audit and Finance Committee. John is a chartered accountant.

After 30 years in the accounting profession with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, where he held several senior management positions, John is now a director of a number of private and publicly listed companies principally in the financial services and technology sectors.
