Millen Group

William Gordon-Harris, CEO, created the concept which adapted traditional investment models for the real estate sector.

In 2004 William formed a team of academics to model and test the first robust approach to real estate option pricing. This was the nucleus for the Millen Group.

In the late 1990s William founded a real estate insurance agency underwritten by the London and Edinburgh Insurance company.

He has worked extensively in development and investment within the real estate sector.

William holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School.
