Millen Group Publishes Peer Review

At the request of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), Millen Group reviewed two journal articles published by leading academics.

The first article, published by David Geltner of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Jeff Fisher of Indiana University, deals with the robustness of the real estate indices for derivative pricing.

Shaun Bond of Cambridge University and Soosung Hwang of GSA Capital published the second article reviewed. Their article discusses the limitations of valuation based real estate indices.
